I am beginning my fifth year at Rowland Elementary, and I am so excited to take on my new role as principal.  I graduated from University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, as well as a Master of Education in Administration.

I am blessed with three sons, Austin (17), Anthony (13), and Adam (11).  Our lives are full of homework, sports, and friends!  I grew up in Victoria and after graduating from Victoria High School, moved to the Houston area for over a decade.  I am so happy to be back in my hometown and to be able to raise my children here.

It is my belief that a positive school environment is essential to providing the best educational experiences for students.  I love the relationships that are formed with each, individual student in our school, and I believe that these relationships are the foundation for learning throughout the year.
